My room had tea and coffee making facilities and a multi-channel television. the breakfast was sensational with a variety of options. the location was marvelous, very close to the garden for a pleasant afternoon tea.

The room was both stunning and beautiful with the full English breakfast, arts, for example. The personnel was very amiable, and the host too. The hotel had fantastic location near John and Julian's surrounding area, Southwold, Minsmere and Aldeburgh and all the communal areas of the house.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The cooked breakfast at Oak Tree Farm was excellent, with beautifully made porridge available on request. The coffee was lovely, and it was a great experience watching the birds at the bird table outside the breakfast room. The view of the horses in the field from the bedroom window, especially during sunrise, was a huge plus. Additionally, the farm's location in a dark sky area allowed us to enjoy seeing the stars at night. The hosts were friendly and hard-working, making us feel welcome and at home.

There were quite a few flies in the room, but we understand that it's a rural location and it was warm. It was a minor inconvenience, and it wouldn't deter us from returning.

I had the most wonderful stay at Oak Tree Farm. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with freshly made porridge and amazing coffee. I loved sitting by the bird table, watching the birds and starting my day off right. The view from my bedroom window, with horses in the field and a beautiful sunrise, was simply breathtaking. And being able to see the stars at night in the dark sky was a special bonus. John and Julian were such friendly and hard-working hosts, making me feel right at home. I had a fantastic experience and I can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We had a superb three-night stay at a lovely bed and breakfast nestled in a stunning countryside location. The hosts, John and Julian, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The antique furniture and cozy atmosphere added a special touch to the experience. The breakfasts were delicious, with perfectly cooked eggs and a great selection. Oak Tree Farm Bed & Breakfast was the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions like RSPB Minsmere and Southwold. Highly recommended!

Wonderful holiday exploring nearby areas like Dunwich Heath, Aldeburgh, and Orford.
